Pura Vida Advanced Retreat

This 5-day retreat will melt your heart, blow your mind and give your Spirit the freedom to soar!

Each day will include a guided morning meditation, a 3-hour advanced morning asana practice and an afternoon session of cooling postures and pranayama. The retreat is geared towards advanced practitioners who wish to take their practice to a deeper, more dynamic level.

Prerequisites:

• At least two years of Anusara studies
• Ability to perform the majority of postures on the Level II Syllabus
